Jolanda Hendriks – Managing Director

As Managing Director, Jolanda is responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of Orange Chapter Recruitment. She oversees the company’s operations, financial management, business development, and long-term growth strategy, ensuring that every department works together efficiently and consistently delivers the highest level of service.

Her focus is on building a scalable organisation where candidates, dental practices, and partners benefit from structured processes and transparent communication.

Ton Teerling – Client Relationship

Ton is responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with our partner dental practices throughout the Netherlands. He works closely with practice owners to understand their staffing needs and ensures every placement results in a successful and sustainable collaboration.

Once a dentist starts working, Ton remains their primary point of contact. He provides ongoing guidance, monitors how both the dentist and the practice are progressing, and helps address any challenges that may arise during the integration process. By maintaining regular contact with both parties, he ensures expectations remain aligned and that every collaboration continues to develop successfully.

Andreea Sofineti – Recruitment & Candidate Success Manager

Originally from Romania, Andreea understands first-hand what it means to relocate to another country. She is therefore the first trusted point of contact for many of our international dentists.

Andreea guides candidates throughout the entire recruitment process—from the initial interview and language programme to practice introductions and relocation. She prepares candidates for interviews, supports cultural integration, coordinates communication between all parties, and remains closely involved after arrival in the Netherlands.

Her multilingual background and personal approach enable candidates to feel supported, confident and well prepared throughout every stage of their journey.

Marieke – Office & Relocation Manager

Marieke coordinates the operational side of every relocation project and ensures that hundreds of administrative details come together seamlessly.

She manages the complete documentation process for BIG registration, legalisations, translations, immigration paperwork, municipal registrations, housing coordination, travel planning and onboarding. She works closely with government authorities, housing partners, language providers and external agencies to ensure every document is submitted correctly and every deadline is met.

Behind the scenes, Marieke keeps every candidate file organised and monitors progress throughout the entire relocation process, allowing our dentists to focus on preparing for their new career in the Netherlands.
