Welcome a new colleague

We recruit across Europe and select candidates with an EU-recognised degree in Dentistry. We assess skills, availability, and cultural fit, and present only dentists who match your clinical profile and team.
BIG registration and language training
We prepare dentists to work safely and confidently in the Netherlands. We support the Dutch language programme up to B2+ level and guide candidates through the BIG registration process and practice readiness.
Relocation and onboarding
We assist with relocation and practical matters such as housing and administration. We also support onboarding to ensure your new dentist integrates quickly and contributes effectively to your team.
Dutch speaking dentists
As far as we are concerned, solving a shortage is all about thinking bigger. We specialize in the recruitment, relocation, training and selection of dentists and dental technicians from Europe.
We also prepare all the necessary documents to be able to work as a dentist or dental technician in the Netherlands. One of the most important aspects of integration starts with the training in an intensive Dutch language course. This way you can literally read and write with a new employee and they can have independent conversations with colleagues and clients alike.
